The history of Tesi Hats is intertwined with the many great changes that have taken place since the 19th century. One hundred and fifty years of history in a factory that still produces hats today, where creativity and experience are handed down from generation to generation. Founded during the economic boom, when the straw of Signa was famous, the company is now run by the sixth generation of descendants.
The Tesi family’s desire is to preserve their heritage and historical significance, which is why they contributed to the creation of the ‘Domenico Michelacci Straw Museum‘ in Signa, the hat capital located on the outskirts of Florence, Tuscany.
